With ProcureNets you have Total Control over the products that your individual homes may purchase.  Custom built webstores allow you to negotiate better with the vendors of your choice.  In many instances your nursing home chains purchasing power will be increased by using ProcureNets because you will be able to guarantee that your individual nursing homes will do all their buying through your custom webstore.  However, if you switch your vendors at any time or add a competing vendor, ProcureNets will simply update your web store to reflect the changes that you want.

SIMPLICITY

ProcureNets design features allow users to "jump" to any product at anytime.  No wasted time searching for specific products.

Products and expenses that are not purchased through your custom built webstore, can simply be entered using our Purchase Order Input Tool.  This will allow corporate to actively monitor spending.  The Purchase Order Input Tool updates on all live reports.

STANDARDIZATION

ProcureNets will assist the corporate office in setting as much product uniformity as desired across the nursing home chain.

• The corporate office has the option to standardize on certain products to ensure a standard of appearance across the nursing home chain. (ie. the corporate office can limit the options of beds and the configuration of beds so as to create a consistent look throughout the chain) Or you can choose to allow as many options as you like for your nursing homes to choose from.

• Standardization can be for everything including beds (finish color and style of bed ends), case goods (finish colors, style, finger pulls, and toe kicks), mattresses, wheelchairs, lifts & slings, tubs, etc.

FLEXIBILITY

If Standardization is not needed or is only desired on certain products, ProcureNets can accommodate the need for different products for different facilities.

• Each individual nursing home, may be set up with their own custom section to the webstore to accommodate the need for different products at different locations.

• Each individual nursing home may choose to have different vendors on their section of the web store. As an example, nursing home A can choose to buy Invacare beds, and nursing home B can choose to buy Joerns beds at the corporate offices discretion. The same is true for supply companies.
