HOW IT WORKS:

ProcureNets will build and host product pages on your custom procurement web store for all of your capital equipment, DME, and supply needs. The vendors and products hosted in the web store will be totally at your discretion. ProcureNets will have no say in what you choose to buy or from whom you choose to buy from.
Products will be displayed in an organized, easy to use web store format. Your purchasing directors will simply click to add their desired products to a cart and configure those products where necessary.
Upon completion of product selection and configuration, your purchasing agents will proceed to checkout where they can verify their order is correct, input a purchase order number, and click a submit order button.
A confirmation email will be sent to the nursing home for their records.
Your corporate office can choose to have approval emails sent to your corporate office is desired.
Following approval (if necessary) a purchase order will be emailed to the vendor or vendors for the products purchased.
Invoices will be handled by each vendor in the manner that they conduct their business.

ProcureNets will also bear the cost of preparing and distributing your monthly or quarterly reports, as well as your annual reports.
ProcureNets will earn a transaction fee paid directly from the vendors you choose to do business with, similar to how credit card merchants collect a percentage of each transaction.
